Winning Back Users Who’d Already Given Up on the Product

The core tool existed, but nobody wanted to use it. It dropped calls, hid its own start button, and pushed users to pay for competitors instead. I led a design sprint to find out why they left and designed the version they’d choose. Active users went from 8 to 291 in 12 days.

Making Buried Features Findable by Designing Around Intent

The app had what users needed, but they couldn’t find it. Instead of adding features, I rebuilt the hierarchy around what users were trying to do and cut the actions that competed for attention. Active users rose 368% and interaction events rose 874%.

Designing for the Next Action, Not More Data

The dashboard showed plenty of information but buried the one task that mattered most. I found the highest-impact changes inside an existing product, explored four directions with AI tools, and let users pick the winner before any code was written.

Designing a Booking App Members Would Choose Over Workarounds

Members weren’t skipping the app because they didn’t want to book. The schedule was buried and guest passes were frustrating, so they booked on the website or Sweatpals instead. I’m redesigning the app around how members actually use the studio.

I don't just identify problems, I design solutions that ship and drive measurable outcomes. I thrive in environments where discovery and delivery are treated as a continuous loop, not separate phases. I'm especially drawn to products that influence people's everyday wellbeing - health, lifestyle, and commerce experiences where good design genuinely changes how people feel!
